The “Economy Bill”

The Economy Bill is supposed to revitalize the economy and create new jobs and opportunities while limiting the loss of more jobs. But you see, it’s not throwing money at the problem that’s going to solve it. We saw this already with the bank bail out plan that didn’t work. Banks received billions of tax payer’s money, and they didn’t use it to help taxpayers, they used it to buy more banks(and debt) and to get their CEO a nice new jet. What the government doesn’t get is that people will be people, and that they’re greedy as hell.

When we see that the US Government gave billions to banks and companies with no rules on how to spend the money, we can’t help but be skeptical about how competent they are. It’s as if some senior Senators got together, spent a few days deciding on the bill, and they all came to the conclusion that the best thing to do with money that they can’t afford to spend is to give it to banks and not force them to use it to help the citizens. Who cares about citizens anyways? Sure, Obama does, that’s why he helped the terrorists in Guantanamo Bay before anyone else.

Basically, America is being led by politicians that think throwing money at a problem solves it, and that 250 terrorists and murderers are more important than millions of suffering citizens..Anyone else think we’re in for a rough ride?

Senior Democrats say they will back a plan worth $780bn (£534bn), instead of the $900bn sought by the president. Well at least they learned something from the last billions they threw away. Now America will only go into $780 bn more debt instead of $900 bn! Hurray..And the scary part is that they discuss how much money to throw away, not how the money should be used, because that doesn’t matter anyway.

If I was Obama, I’d add global warming to this bill, and get it passed in a day. I bet I could even get $300000 bn, as long as I said I’m saving the world. If all we have is a bunch of Al Gore clones in the senate, I bet I’d get 100% of the votes. That’s a life lesson right there. If you want money, add global warming or cancer to your plea, you can’t fail. Next week, I’m starting an organization to fight global warming by buying me new cars, and it will be a charity organization with federal funding. The scary thing is, Al Gore is already doing it, so I have competition.

Oh well, maybe someday we will get a majority of smart senators, instead of the bunch we have these days.

A social and fiscal conservative, I scour the news for information that disputes the current man-made global warming indoctrination that takes place around the world. I take a rather sarcastic approach to reporting on the nonsense being spewed by the talking heads in the media and the governments around the world.

When you are out on the ocean in a small boat that is taking on water, you don’t stop to dismantle the motor in order to get better gas economy and concern yourself about how you might be pollute the atmosphere less.
In America right now (and around the industrial world), Americans are in a serious economic crisis. Not a single American should lose their job over a global warming bill.
