Gordon Brown, England’s Prime Minister, is poised to roll back existing taxes and even proposed hikes as the country works to quell a backlash over a high cost of living. One of the taxes to be cut? The gas tax, which was implemented to push the green movement forward. England: 1, Environmentalists: 0.
