Carbon Fever Hits Tokyo

Japan announced earlier today that it would begin a carbon trading program later this year. Under pressure to meet it’s Kyoto obligations, Japan will combine carbon trading and $30 billion of taxpayer dollars over the next five years to lower global carbon emissions.
