With fuel prices soaring above $1.50 per liter in British Columbia, residents there are concerned about a federal carbon tax that could drive fuel prices even higher if the Liberal party gains power in Ottawa.  Fuel prices in British Columbia, at $1.50 per liter, include about 40 cents in taxes.
