Dwight Duncan: Carbon Tax a ‘Mistake’

Ontario’s Liberal finance minister, Dwight Duncan, said yesterday that implementing a carbon tax now, under threat of economic uncertainty, would be a mistake.  Duncan went on to say that implementing massive shifts in tax burdens is not something that should be undertaken during instances of shaky economic times.
