Holes Exposed in Dion’s Carbon Tax

After promising to make his new carbon tax apply equally against all Canadian provinces, Stephane Dion has now been accused of making side deals.  British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell said during weekend television interviews that Dion assured him that double taxation wouldn’t occur in his province and that they could count on special deals and exemptions.
