(H/T: Gore Lied). What kind of moronic events have taken place this week with the global warming hoax? From Obama declaring air a pollutant to polar bears not quite being as threatened as they used to be, there’s some interesting stuff over at Planet Moron. Click the link below to read.

Just as I thought I knew of everything caused by climate change, a new one just popped up: an increase in crime due to global warming. From carbon market fraud to an increase in violent crimes to looting after natural (note: not called “man-made” yet) disasters, police forces are being prepped for such a crime wave. Also, violent protests are expected if the government acts too slowly on climate change.

After lambasting the WWF during the last couple of weeks over being a bunch of hypocrites, my post grabbed some attention by someone defending the actions of the WWF. Apparently, the WWF’s trip-of-a-lifetime for 88 people with cash on a jet to exotic places around the world isn’t exactly hypocritical. Even if one person on that trip sees what animal species can be saved by conservation, it will be worth it. But just how many pounds of carbon dioxide will be emitted by that jet during the trip and just …

St. Andrews golf course could crumble into the sea thanks to global warming, or not. It all depends on who’s right. If the IPCC and their predictions of a few inches of sea-level rise turns out to be correct, the golf course is safe. If we believe the Gore philosophy of 20 feet of sea-level rise, the course is doomed. But with science being wrong about Bangladesh losing dry land thanks to climate change, I think the course will live on.

Science really has a way of working together without politicizing an event when something needs to get done and a true crisis is on our hands. When people were dying in the early 1980’s for reasons unknown, scientists put their heads together and debated the cause and eventually came up with the answer - Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. There were no political struggles to squash opinions and everyone of any importance was heard. Today, we don’t have that luxury. Global warming has become the politicized event of the decade with …

The world’s first woman to receive a Ph.D. in meteorology, Joanne Nova, was a proponent of global warming caused by carbon emissions for almost two decades. But all that has changed. She’s now convinced that carbon is only a very small part in temperature change and that it responds to them rather than leading them. She has written The Skeptics Handbook, which is available for download in PDF format from the source article site.

(Via An Honest Climate Debate). Recall all the tales of indoctrination I’ve posted on this blog over the last several months? It looks like one bright 14 year-old girl is fighting back against the global warming nonsense with her new blog, Kids Against Anthropogenic Global Warming. It’s a relatively new site with little content at this point, but I have big expectations that this will be a success with her peers and students around the globe. Drop by, leave a comment and congratulate this kid on having the intellect to …

My favorite, of course is number three: the global warming myth. Carbon trading schemes initiated in 2005 and implemented this year caused unexpected and significant spikes in fuel prices. Some of the other items I’ve touched on before. Lack of nuclear energy, push back on coal plants and lack of refineries. Good list.
