Arctic Ice Also Predicted to Melt in 2000

It seems the recent warnings that the Arctic ice will vanish this summer is nothing really new.  It was also predicted in the year 2000 - and you see we’re all here.  Coastlines haven’t disappeared.  Florida is still above water and sea levels haven’t risen in any measurable degree.  Back in 1999 a study was done that determined that much of the Arctic ice melt is from natural causes - specifically, volcanic activity.
