U.S. Economic Growth to Slow Under Climate Change Rules

In the year 2030, it is expected that the gross domestic product of the United States will suffer a 1% cut if greenhouse gas-reducing legislation is enacted. While this number is large but manageable, the real hit on the economy will come if emissions are required to be cut too quickly.
