McCain Recycled Trashed DNC Flags

John McCain recycled some 12,000 miniature American flags left over from Barack Obama’s nomination speech last week and gave them to audience members at the Republican National Convention. The flags were discovered in trash bags in and near garbage bins at Denver’s Invesco Field. Democrats say that the flags weren’t being thrown away and were snatched by McCain for political gain. I’d say trash bags full of flags in and near garbage bins is pretty convincing evidence that the Democrats were going to throw them out. With Obama’s supposed concern about the environment, it seems he’s all talk and no action.
