(H/T:  American Conservative Daily).  Democrats have tried hard to make the DNC as green as possible - bringing in locally-grown food and preparing healthy meals.  However, one plan didn’t work as hoped.  Instead of the hotel issuing standard plastic key cards, the Sheraton is issuing Visa-sponsored swipe cards “made from sustainably-harvested wood.”  After only a few hours, many guests were reporting problems using the cards for room access and now the hotel is handing out both the wooden and plastic cards, telling customers to keep the wooden cards as a souvenier.
