In what appears to be a food topic day on Skeptics Global Warming, more news from the PETA wanna-be’s: eating vegetables one day per week, instead of beef, would be like driving 1160 miles less in your car. While everyone is up in arms about dropping beef from our diets, is anyone concerned about the possibility of some very anemic people walking around as a direct result of their self-induced vegetarian diet?
