(H/T: Paul):  Bloggers around the world are getting exposure as the number of blogs skeptical of climate change continue to increase.  But the real issue here is that Graeme Pearman, a former CSIRO scientist and advisor to the IPCC interviewed in this video says that the governments of the world must act even if they’re not 100% sure of the scientific findings of global warming.  It’s amazing that governments across the globe are willing to wreck economies and completely force lifestyle changes on others all for something that might be true.  Such arrogance!

Andrew Bolt and Dr. Jennifer Marohasy assert there hasn’t been any warming in 10 years, the news organization and Graeme Pearman (advisor to the IPCC) deny there’s been cooling.

Skeptic: There hasn’t been any warming in the last 10 years.
Alarmist: There hasn’t been any cooling in the last 10 years.

Both, the news organization and Graeme Pearman failed to deal with the arguments posed by Andrew Bolt and Dr. Jennifer Marohasy.

I have a 20 year background in negotiations and i saw this “Strawman argument” immediately. I hope others will learn to see it as well.

Beware an opponent who misrepresents your argument, then goes about attacking the weaker, misrepresentation of your argument. It usually means you’re argument was right.
