Congress May Not Act on Global Warming until 2010

This is a temporary sigh of relief for many of us skeptics. According to a prediction by Senator Jeff Bingaman (D-NM), contrary to what Barack Obama says, any action on global warming may have to wait until 2010 due to the time of transition for the President into office as well as the amount of effort required to set up a nationwide market for carbon pollution permits. It’s going to be a busy first year for the newly-elected Obama.
