EPA to Lower Mower Emissions

According to the article, riding mowers can emit as much smog as 34 cars.  Hence, the EPA wants to reduce mower emissions by 35% and estimates the cost of the mowers will jump 18% but “those higher costs could be offset by the benefits of cleaner air.”  Global warming activism toppling the economy one riding lawnmower at a time.
