Manitoba Set Up For Economic Failure

Manitoba has proposed legislation to go forward with meeting the Kyoto protocol and reduce carbon emissions to meet the 2012 deadline. Coal- fired power plants will incur a $10 per metric ton carbon tax and industry polluters will not be helped by the government to get green. Since Kyoto is a bust, much like other global warming ideas, it’s safe to say that Manitoba’s ambitious plan will also.
