Uh-Oh! Light Bulb Ban May Be Unconstitutional

The environmentalists have never allowed the law to get into their way before, and it seems the ban on incandescent light bulbs is no different.  Texas Republican Ted Poe says the constitution doesn’t allow Congress the ability to ban a product that has been safely used for well over 100 years.  Good.  Can I have my old light bulbs back now, please?  (H/T:  Tom Nelson)
