A group of UN scientists have said that carbon emissions must be cut in half by 2050 or we face a world where temperatures could increase by 3.6 to 4.2 degrees above pre-18th century levels. Wait. Scientists funded by the UN? Scientists being paid from one of the world’s largest payroll accounts are suggesting policy?
