Just as I predicted earlier today, methane is quickly becoming the new cause of catastrophe on Earth. Except now the consequences are really dire. Instead of attempting to forecast hurricanes, floods and massive storms, the result of methane burps is a death sentence for most of the world. According to the article, the planet has experienced periods of methane bursting from the Arctic a couple of times in the past, resulting in most life on Earth being destroyed. And, as with all predictions of doom-and-gloom, we have to act now to save the world.
