Al Gore is set to speak at the San Jose Green Building Convention next month.  During the speech, Gore is expected to address the need of combining state-of-the-art technology with green building practices.  Earlier today I blogged an article where a state-of-the-art carbon scrubbing technology was being rejected by environmentalists for not encouraging conservatism with regard to environmental issues.  So I guess only technologies that can change behavior are good enough for the environmental movement regardless of what Al Gore says.
