Greenhouse Gas Scrubber Nearing Production
Photo courtesy petrr and licensed by Creative Commons.
A new type of greenhouse gas scrubber developed at the University of Calgary uses a type of chemical bath to strip carbon dioxide from the air and replace it with clean oxygen. Once the device is ready for production, developers think that about 150 of these units would reduce man-made carbon emissions to about one-fifth. Will it work? No one knows for sure, by global warming-loving environmentalists have already denounced carbon-scrubbing technology. I suppose it doesn’t fit into their tax-and-control scheme.
