Scientists on the side of global warming alarmism have come up with a brilliant idea: Â shoot sulfate particulates into the stratosphere to block out some of the sun’s rays, mimicking a severe volcanic eruption. The problem is that this could slow the recovery of the ozone hole by 30 to 70 years. Â
