Predictions of grave consequences from carbon dioxide emissions creating a more acidic ocean could just be plain bogus, according to this article at Source: GoreLied.Blogspot.com. A recent study found that the lowering of pH in the ocean could actually help marine life and that the sea doesn’t work anything like expected.

The ‘Big Lie’ continues about ‘acidification’ of the oceans. Now they use the word ‘corrosive’ to describe upwelling waters. Can someone pin somebody down to pH units? The ocean does not become ‘more acidic’ because the hydrogen ion concentration increases. It is a subtle point; It is still alkaline; not becoming more acid!
