Our sun is still devoid of sunspots, at a time during its cycle when it should have them. While the 20th century was a period of solar maximum, the planet hasn’t warmed since 1998 - and the sunspots have reduced in number. While global warming could increase agricultural output, a cooling world will not. It’s time to make plans now for global cooling instead of global warming.
