Argentina Changes Cows’ Diets to Cut Methane

Argentina, one of the world's largest producers of beef, is working with scientists to change the input to affect the output, so-to-speak. Cows in that country may be fed alfalfa and clover instead of the typical grain in an effort to reduce the methane created from their digestive process.
