Economy, Global Warming Hoax Lead Story »
It seemed for a while that the global warming activists had the upper hand on us over the summer. Even after foot riots broke out across the country as the price of consumables jumped significantly and shortages popped up around the globe, the pressure was still on from environmentalists everywhere to invest in green technologies. The price of oil didn’t help matters at all; I’m sure climate change advocates across the globe were salivating as they watched the price of oil climb to $140+ per barrel. It certainly seemed that, …

Al Gore is back in the news - apparently still upset with President Bush’s decision to lift the ban on offshore drilling. This time, instead of referring to global warming skeptics as moon landing hoaxers or flat Earthers, he’s now comparing the option of drilling offshore to the invasion of Iraq. While my blog typically points out the lifestyle changes and tax consequences of global warming, it’s important to remember what can happen if the planet is truly on a cooling trend and what to expect from such a scenario.
Here in the United States, we have the land configuration all worked out. The midwest is considered the breadbasket of …

The soaring price of corn, up 30% this year, is due to dwindling supply thanks in part to the global warming activists in this country who have pushed the ethanol craze. Even though ethanol has been found to be more harmful to the environment, these ecolibs continue their push in an effort to save the planet.
In a funny global warming twist …

Snow falls for the first time in Baghdad. With the planet having warmed so much over the last century, it now makes sense that global warming does cause frozen precipitation in warm, dry climates. Can we stop with anthropogenic global warning nonsense now?
