Global Warming Hoax Lead Story, Government Intervention »
A few weeks ago, the U.S. Senate shot down the Lieberman-Warner bill with, quite frankly, little show of emotion from the Democrats and Republicans that supported the legislation to combat the global warming hoax. With such a looming crisis on our hands, and with such dire consequences predicted if we don’t change the course of our carbon-emitting ways, why was there such little fight in a bill that was supposedly so important to the direction of our nation? Even the (then) three Presidential candidates - Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton and …

Hi everyone and welcome to the week-that-was in global warming hoax news! I hope everyone took a moment to visit or remember their father on this Father’s Day in the U.S.
Sunday, June 8th:
When you think of socialism, do images of China and the former Soviet Union come to mind? Believe it or not, it’s slowing coming to the United States as environmentalists push for more control in government. The recently defeated Lieberman-Warner bill debated in the U.S. Senate is one example where environmentalists are pushing their agenda for control through …

Pseudo-conservative and presumptive Republican Presidential nominee John McCain’s global warming has taken the air out of the sails of many conservatives in the United States. McCain’s plan is to reduce carbon emissions to 50% from 1990 levels by 2050 and, while this is an easier target than the Lieberman-Warner bill (70%) or the Clinton/Obama plan (80%), the economic impact of ANY plan will be devastating. While McCain’s proposed cap-and-trade system to achieve this lofty goal is shaky at best, it also serves as a new energy tax and …

How does “conservative” John McCain’s global warming plan work? While it’s slightly less restrictive than the Democrats’ plan, it is forecast to make the economy take a $1.7 trillion hit on the economy by 2030, with most of that burden being carried by the middle class.

Good morning, folks, and welcome to the Global Warming Week-in-Review.
Sunday, May 11th:
10ksnookers.blogspot.com provided some interesting commentary on carbon credits and the cap-and-trade system, saying that it’s just a government-sanctioned ration on goods and services? How? Both systems limit the total amount of greenhouse gas that can be emitted into the atmosphere, which results in a limit of how much of a good or service can be produced without going over that limit. Remember the gas lines of the 1970’s? If this keeps up, expect to see lines for more than …
Elections, Global Warming Hoax Lead Story »
No matter how you look at it, skeptics of the global warming hoax are destined to lose in November in the United States.
Both remaining U.S. presidential candidates, John McCain and Barack Hussein Obama, are staunch supporters of the global warming hoax. The only difference between the two is how badly they will crush the economy as both have very liberal tendencies to use taxes to solve a problem that doesn’t exist.
John McCain has proposed a cap-and-trade system which would seek to return to 2005 emissions levels by 2012, 1990 …

Presidential candidates John McCain and Barack Obama are both cooling to biofuel use as food prices skyrocket and the dire predictions of global warming fail to materialize, even as the planet’s carbon dioxide levels continue to increase. Michigan received it’s deepest snowfall in 50 years and some of the Great Lakes are near record high water levels. While this may only be a temporary measure just for electability, let’s hold these candidates to their words come …

Welcome, everyone, to the weekly global warming hoax news round-up.
Sunday, April 27:
In a very inconvenient truth for global warming activists around the globe, it was revealed that 30% of our corn crop goes to the production of ethanol. To give a representation of the inefficiency of corn-based ethanol, it takes 450 pounds of corn to fill a 25 gallon fuel tank. I’d call that inefficient. As if that level of inefficiency wasn’t scary enough, the global warming crowd is scaring us back into the stone age. The public’s fear of …

This November in the United States, the best we can hope for is a President-elect that won’t raise taxes or institute as many economically-damaging policies as the other two choices. While all three options subscribe to the belief in the global warming hoax, only Hillary Clinton and John McCain support a national gas tax holiday to help reduce personal spending on transportation. However, another great option is to cast your vote at the local and state levels to elect representatives that won’t bow to federal pressure to implement and enforce …

A blurb appears in this article about John McCain’s belief in man-made global warming and how an anti-capitalist approach may be taken to curb carbon emissions.
