While the rest of the world will be plunged into complete chaos due to man-made global warming, a new report suggests that India will feel little impact from the coming climate crisis.  You see, India can do what the rest of the world cannot:  adapt to change.  So while the rest of us are trying to extract usable water from mud in order to drink, India will be living the high life with caviar and sparkling beverages because they know how to adapt.

Installing white roofing materials instead of the traditional brown, gray or black, will help in the fight against global warming, according to the LA Times.  (Note:  after repeated attempts to rename this man-made crisis “climate change”, one of the country’s largest newspapers continues to refer to it as global warming.)  Lighter materials reflect heat better than dark materials.  The LA Times might be on to something here.  Maybe we could repave all roads with a lighter material so that we wouldn’t have to give up meat or change our light …

Ireland says that it can’t meet the 2020 greenhouse gas emissions cuts dictated by the European Union unless “lunatic draconian” measures were put in place.  Ireland is only one of three countries asked by the EU to cut emissions by 20% of 2005 levels.

Michelle Malkin has tracked down the things that liberals like that hurt the environment.  Smoking pot, for instance, which releases carbon dioxide and carcinogens into the environment.  How about protest marching (they make the signs out of paper and wood, killing trees in the process) as well as the carbon emitted from the vehicles used to transport themselves to the protest location.  Malkin always brings insightful commentary, and this is no exception.
