Operation Desperation is in full swing around the global warming activists camp. During a hurricane conference in Orlando this week, scientists that believe in anthropogenic climate change said that global warming may cause fewer, not more, hurricanes. This is in direct opposition to Al Gore’s fictional movie, An Inconvenient Truth, which tells of massive storms wreaking the planet because, well, we drive too much. You won’t hear a rebuttal from Gore on this, however, because the underlying principal is the same: global warming exists. I’m sure Gore is just happy to have some news that supports his cause after a week of biofuel revelations that show it to be harmful to the environment and those pesky Argos buoys that show ocean temperatures decreasing. Sometimes you just need a little help to make your $300 million ad campaign a success.
