A Call for Nuclear Energy

Former New Jersey governor and federal environmental chief Christine Todd Whitman is calling for an increase in nuclear energy in the United States saying, “…if you care about climate change and you care about air quality, nuclear power is really the only form of base power that doesn’t produce some of the regulated emissions and doesn’t contribute to global climate change.” Good point. However, those pushing the global warming hoax don’t see things as Ms. Whitman does. I wrote an article back in June on the climate of fear in this country with regard to nuclear power. The only “solution” climate change activists want is one where fossil fuel use is stopped and carbon taxes are implemented. Until that time, there won’t be a viable solution that is good enough for them.
