Some great analogies about carbon credits here.  In essence, jet-setting “environmentalists” are able to emit as many carbon credits as they desire while purchasing carbon credits, which are a promise for others to pay for their bad habits.  As I’ve said before, if environmentalists were truly concerned about the environment, they’d cut their emissions to fall in line with those of the average American.  But I guess that’s too much to ask of these people.
