Update #2: Looks like some new practices will be instituted at the Mauna Loa Observatory thanks in part to Anthony Watts.

Update: The Mauna Loa Observatory had a computer disc crash and they lost their data. The original data posted didn’t include all of the data, hence the lower-than-expected carbon dioxide levels.
