The world’s first woman to receive a Ph.D. in meteorology, Joanne Nova, was a proponent of global warming caused by carbon emissions for almost two decades. But all that has changed. She’s now convinced that carbon is only a very small part in temperature change and that it responds to them rather than leading them. She has written The Skeptics Handbook, which is available for download in PDF format from the source article site.
