Climate experts predict temperature drop

The temperature drop predicted by these climate experts at the IPCC is completely blamed on La Nina, of course, and global temperatures are still expected to be above-normal for the year. However, the article did state that temperature changes are caused by a number of factors, including solar changes, pollution and La Nina. If the forecast is right, it means global temperatures have not risen since 1998 with El Nino warmed the planet. So if it takes an El Nino to warm the planet but our carbon output is up over the last decade, doesn’t that prove that global warming is a hoax?
