EPA Sued by State of California

The state of California is suing the Environmental Protection Agency for being derelict in their duties of regulating greenhouse gas emissions. The Clean Air Act was supposed to force the agency into action, but California thinks it speaks for the entire nation. Come on, California, you do have some rights as a state. If you’re that concerned about greenhouse gases, think globally but act locally. Or does that old environmental slogan no longer apply?
