South Carolina is taking a smart approach to the whole climate change effort, well, smarter than most other plans I’ve seen in various other states. Nuclear is part of the solution in the state with a mix of personal effort to help stave off man-made greenhouse gas emissions. The concern is to not hinder economic development, which should be near the top of any state’s priority list of concerns.
