Joe Klein is back in the news. This time he’s advocating a government control on your thermostat. You see, Joe thinks that us hard-working and innovative Americans need to sweat a little more to, you know, save the planet. Therefore, he is proposing a government-mandated five degree increase in your thermostat’s air conditioner setting. I recently discussed a similar plan in California to have the state government regulate your thermostat.
