(H/T:  Watts up with That).  It seems the global warming activists have yet another problem on their hands:  that darn Arctic sea ice just keeps accumulating, even though the planet is near the tipping point in the fight against global warming.  Arctic sea ice is now 28.7% higher than it was just one year ago and, with autumn just under way, we could be headed for an extremely rapid ice build at the pole.  If you recall, scientists predicted that there was a 50% chance that the Arctic would be ice-free this summer.  And that prediction fizzled.
