Floating Cities for ‘Climate Refugees’

Oh give me a break.  The latest research indicates, according to this article, that by the year 2100, sea levels will have risen three feet.  To save all of humanity from the global warming crisis, architects have designed floating cities.  Wait.  Three feet?  I thought it was 20 feet?  That’s what Al Gore told us!  From the article:  ‘I think trying to accomodate the millions of people left homeless by environmental changes will prove to be one of the great challenges of the 21st century.’  Are we going to have another New Orleans-style event where people just camp at home and wait out the storm?
