Sun Spot Shortage: 400 Days and Counting
Posted in Sun on 13 August 2008

With global temperatures plummeting when compared to ten years ago, and certainly down over the last two years, it’s only fitting that the sun continues to display few, if any, spots.  With what could be the next solar minimum, the sun has remained quiet for as many, if not more, than past solar minima.  At [...]

July Temps Up a Bit, But Far Below 1998 Levels
Posted in Disputing Global Warming on 7 August 2008

The July global temperature data is out and July scored a little above the zero anomaly line but, as you can see on the graph (click link below), the world is a far cry from the 1998 levels. Global temperatures have cooled precipitously since 1998, as is proof from this charted temperature data.

So When Is the Global Warming Tipping Point?
Posted in Global Warming Hoax Lead Story on 23 July 2008

Having read an article by Dr. Tim Ball recently, I began to wonder when the real tipping point in global warming will come.  With Al Gore and James Hansen warning of dire consequences if we don’t convert to a carbonless society soon, one can only wonder if there’s truly a target date of destruction or [...]

No Link Between Hurricane Strikes, Strike Intensity and Global Warming
Posted in Global Warming Hoax Lead Story, Weather on 14 July 2008

Taking a cue from recent research into tornadoes and global warming, I set out on a journey over the weekend to discover if a link exists between total hurricane strike count and global warming as well as hurricane strike intensity and global warming.  I’ve graphed the results of my study below.
Before getting into the results, [...]

‘Crisis’ of Global Warming Continues Despite Cooling
Posted in Mainstream Media on 10 July 2008

If 2007 was the hottest year on record, don’t you think we’d hear about it from the liberal press?  Yes?  Then why haven’t we?  Because 2007 was not the hottest year on record and, in fact, global temperatures have been falling across the globe since an El Nino-induced heatwave in 1998.  What the media continues [...]

Temperatures Way Down Since ‘Inconvenient Truth’ Released
Posted in Disputing Global Warming on 23 June 2008

According to this temperature graph, global temperatures have fallen 0.58?C since the release of Al Gore’s ‘An Inconvenient Truth’ back in January 2006.  With carbon emissions on the rise, this is an inconvenient truth indeed.

Water Vapor Does the Real Damage
Posted in Disputing Global Warming on 17 June 2008

While there could be a weak link between carbon dioxide output and global temperatures if you stand on your head and look at the graphs while crossing your eyes, it seems water vapor could prove to be the main contributor to global warming, if it existed.  In this article, the author explains that global warming [...]

Carbon Costs Up as Global Temperatures Sink
Posted in Disputing Global Warming on 10 June 2008

The planet has cooled more than 0.7 degrees in 16 months, which is more than the entire net warming of the 20th century.  There is no rethinking of the science or updates to the models, although it’s pretty obvious to everyone involved that they are wrong.  No admission from the Gore crowd on defeat.  Instead, [...]

Global warming deniers not only aren’t kooks, they’re right
Posted in Disputing Global Warming on 16 May 2008

Interesting analysis of global temperatures over the last several centuries. Not only did the planet warm by about 0.5 degrees Celsius in the 20th century, but it warmed by the same amount in the 19th and 18th centuries as well. Even the IPCC admitted in their 2001 [...]

Global Warming (Hoax) Consensus
Posted in Disputing Global Warming on 27 April 2008

From the article:

Ninety-seven percent of the climate scientists surveyed believe “global average temperatures have increased” during the past century.

Eighty-four percent say they personally believe human-induced warming is occurring, and 74% agree that “currently available scientific evidence” substantiates its occurrence. Only 5% believe that that human activity does not contribute to greenhouse warming; the rest are [...]
