Thanks to Barack Obama’s belief in the global warming myth, he plans to implement a cap-and-trade system that will, what he says, force the price of electricity to skyrocket. Will taxpayers in America be forced to assist those unable to pay their heating bill? Under what could be a very socialist agenda, it’s very possible. Remember, he wants to spread YOUR wealth, if elected.

Two days after the end of British summertime, snow fell in and around UK, causing power lines to snap, automobile accidents to block roadways and even a vehicular death due to the poor conditions. A light dusting of snow was recorded in London, which saw its first October snow in 74 years. Could the winter of 2008 be a repeat of the frigid winter of 2007? With global temperatures continuing to plummet, I’m guessing the chance of this happening is much higher than a global warming-induced heat …

The U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon spoke at Harvard University yesterday, telling those in attendance that climate change is now no longer a theory, but a fact (did Gore ever call it a theory??) and that it’s imperative that nations work together to sign an international treaty to cut greenhouse gas emissions before the expiration of the Kyoto Protocol in 2012.  My only question is this:  did Ban Ki-moon fly from U.N. headquarters in New York to Boston for the event, or did he take a vehicle that doesn’t produce …

So Al Gore wants the United States to use 100% clean and renewable energy in 10 years.  Unlike John F. Kennedy’s call for a moon landing, Gore’s call for action is completely impractical.  For starters, the environmentalists won’t let us build a nuclear plant.  Nuclear is clean and safe but after decades of scare tactics by the environmentalist left, they’ve scared Americans into thinking a Chernobyl-like event will happen and most of the country will be uninhabitable.  Also, how does Gore propose we convert all of our industry to using …

(H/T:  Moonbattery):  Since liberals hate greedy corporations, it only seems fitting that their next target are the advertisements spawned from said greedy corporations.  Consulting firm TrinityP3 has determined that a 30-second television spot can produce a whopping 2135 kilograms of carbon.  And if the advertisement in question is just trying to sell the sizzle, that’s 2135 kilograms of hot air.
